Imagine copying a list of mailing addresses from a website, and pasting them into Excel. You get one column of data.
I need separate columns for Business Name, Address, Phone, Email, Website, etc.
Please answer if you know of free software to do this, or can explain how to do this with Excel, or with maybe a script or MS Access…

Someone gave me a list of 10,000 business contacts.
They consist of:
* Name
* Title
* Direct Email Address
* Direct Phone Number
* Company Name
* Company Address
* Company Phone Number
* Company Website
* Industry
* # of Employees
What can I do with this list? I have a feeling I can use it somehow to make money or start a business, but what? Any ideas?
Problems activating my work email address?

I work for a small construction business and have been recently added to the email listing. My boss created a personalized address for me but I am having some difficulties activating it. the address is as follows….dianag@josephmazzabuilders.com.

Not knowing an email address, how can you contact a business if they only list phone numbers.
