Where is the best place on the internet to buy email lists for my business?

Can you please help as I tried the free classified ads but they are no good, I want to buy a reliable email list for direct contact with buyers
Someone contacted me through my school email address soliciting his services as a internship coach. After googling this guy’s name I found that he recently worked for a non-profit organization that helps students find internships for free – I applied to this program a couple of months ago and assume this is how he obtained my email address.
It is a legit NPO. It is widely known amongst college students. The guy no longer works at the NPO – his resume is online (LinkedIn).

is there any way to search for a list of local businesses email addresses online? I am doing some marketing and I need a list of a variety ( non specific) of business email addresses. I dont mean to try to get some information that is private, since most businesses have their email addresses on business cards etc. Anyone know how to go about getting a list??/

I’m in the middle of starting a company called fitness industries. its an online company that helps people with becoming more fit regardless of if you are already fit or looking to get in better shape. it will have a store soon and a forum. my question is this…ive read that you can get peoples emails and send newsletters on product discounts and updates to the site and things like this…how do you get emails that target your niche?
I recently started my own business with an online store and this email address is my business email! I would like to create my 360 page as a business page and be able to add customers and friends to my friends list! can I do this and how?
