How can I send a massive email to 1000′s of people for free?

I have a great business opportunity that I would love to share with others. Is there a way to send out a email to the masses, for free or close to it? I have a video that explains the business opportunity in full. Can you tell me how or what site i should go to?
Sending emails is free, but your ISP will very likely discontinue your account if they catch you doing this spamming. And frankly, your eagerness to share this wonderful opportunity with thousands of strangers pretty well says it’s spam, not a true opportunity.
