Problems activating my work email address?

I work for a small construction business and have been recently added to the email listing. My boss created a personalized address for me but I am having some difficulties activating it. the address is as follows….dianag@josephmazzabuilders.com.

Can’t help you without more specifics.
But more to the point, you need to work this out with your boss since he is the one creating the account for you.
And you should not be broadcasting your work email address like this. It is a good way to pick up a lot of spam
